As you are likely aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to impact countries around the world. We, at O’Hanlon Kitchens are mindful of this situation and want to assure you, our valued customers, that we are monitoring closely and taking steps to help protect the general welfare of the public and especially our customers.

With that in mind, O’Hanlon Kitchens is implementing certain business continuity measures to help as we deal with this ongoing situation. These will be implemented with the health and safety of all employees and customers as our top priority.

For in-process projects, we are following strict protocols to keep everyone safe. We are minimizing crews and removing those not absolutely needed to complete essential tasks. There shall be no more than two O’Hanlon Kitchens representatives on each job site. We will follow all hygiene and social distancing protocols as suggested by the CDC. If one of our partnering service providers needs to be onsite, they will also follow CDC recommendations and will minimize the staff needed to complete their part of the project.

For projects affected by the material plant shutdowns, causing completion delays, we will be checking in on the status of these products multiple times throughout each week. We will adjust schedules accordingly to follow delivery dates provided to us by our suppliers. We appreciate your patience and understanding through any changes or delays in schedules.

We are excited to prepare for new projects and are still accepting new design inquiries for customers that are ready to begin their projects in a few short months.
